The very first thing that you need to know, there will be two type of payment that you guys need to pay.
1. SEVIS I-901 Fee ( To be paid online) here's the link - https://www.fmjfee.com/i901fee/index.jsp
The amount of payment should be 200 USD equivalent to RM640 *if the conversion is RM3.20 for each dollars. Please make sure that you also have a credit card at this point. After the payment make sure that you print out the receipt.
2. Visa Fee / MRV Fee (To be paid at Standard Chartered Bank) 160 USD
Before you go to the bank, please make sure that you have print the MRV Fee slip at the following link : - http://www.ustraveldocs.com/my/my-niv-visafeeinfo.asp and bring it along with you. Not to forget, bring along cash as the amount stated in the slip. After the payment, they will give you a unique ID no for visa appointment schedule - http://www.ustraveldocs.com/my/index.html
So, make sure that u have enough money before u guys proceed with the application. Paling kurang pun duit yang diperlukan around rm1200. Sebab kalau tak nanti, korang just can't get through the application process. This will just make things worse. So , bear in mind, prepare enough money.
Another important thing, make sure that you also have ur renewed passport, I-20 and a soft copy of your visa photo (there is a specific requirement for this type of photo. You can just tell the photographer that you want to take the us visa photo.) okay, after you have them all, you may start to fill in your application form now. (:
The above link will redirect you to DS-160 form. There will be quite a lot that you need to fill in later. So, make sure that you copy the unique no given to you because you will need it later if you log out in the middle of the process of filling in the form. Remember to save every page of the form after filling it to be safe. This is where you will need to upload you visa photo.

Go back to this link to schedule your appointment. There is not much to fill in as compared to DS-160. This is the point where you are required to use your unique ID no that you get when you made the payment at Standard Chartered earlier. Lepas settle everything that i stated above, you are now ready for your visa interview.

Supporting documents diatas adalah berdasarkan pengalaman aku sendiri di mana kedua-dua document di atas perlu dikemukakan ketika proses interview. Kalau nak selamat lagi, bawak la dokumen-dokumen lain yang korang rase relevant. Better be safe than sorry.
